UkraineAid:
Saving Lives. Sharing Hope.

As the war in Ukraine enters its fourth year, people are still being killed every day. An entire nation is being terrorized by missiles, drones, and relentless shelling. Homes lie in ruins, power plants are targeted, and millions are struggling simply to survive the next night, the next winter.

Through UkraineAid, an outreach of Great Commission Media Ministries (GCMM), we are saving lives and sharing the hope of Christ—bringing stoves, food, ambulances, medical supplies, prayer, and Gospel-centred resources directly to those in greatest need.

Why Ukraine Still Needs Help

For Ukrainian families, the war is real every day. Many live in damaged buildings or temporary shelters, far from reliable work, heat, or basic services. In frontline cities and remote villages, families are struggling simply to find food and stay warm.

In these conditions, a simple stove, a box of food, or a functioning ambulance can mean the difference between life and death. Our teams and partners are there month after month—serving families with children, widows, orphans, and the elderly in some of the hardest-hit regions, delivering aid directly into their hands.

How UkraineAid Is Saving Lives

Through UkraineAid, GCMM is responding to Ukraine’s crisis with practical help and the hope of Christ. These four areas show how your support is making a real difference on the ground.

Food for Families in Frontline Communities

In many frontline and recently liberated villages, shops are closed and roads are dangerous. For thousands of families, outside aid is the only way to survive.

GCMM sends regular relief trucks loaded with potatoes, carrots, onions, flour, and other essentials—often to communities where parents do not know how they will feed their children next week. In some regions, up to 10,000 families rely on this assistance.

A basic package of food to feed a family for a month costs about $50.

Ambulances and Medical Supplies

As Russia continues to attack Ukraine, ambulances and medical teams are often deliberately targeted. Functional ambulances and basic medical equipment are in critically short supply.

Through UkraineAid and our partners:

We have secured and shipped well-equipped used ambulances at a fraction of the cost of new vehicles—about $37,500 each instead of roughly $300,000 for a new one.
Each ambulance is fitted with stretchers, defibrillators, and emergency gear, helping medics save lives on the frontlines.
We also supply bandages, sterile dressings, medications, and medical kits to chaplains and doctors serving in high-risk areas.

In life-and-death situations, every vehicle and every supply becomes a lifeline.

Hope and Healing Through the Gospel

From the very beginning, GCMM’s work in Ukraine has united compassion and proclamation. Amid the devastation, UkraineAid launched large-scale humanitarian aid and Gospel outreach—saving lives and pointing people to Christ.

Over 250,000 Gospel-centred books distributed, including resources that offer practical, biblical help for those living with fear, grief, and loss.

More than 400 chaplains and local pastors partnering with us to visit hospitals, orphanages, frontline units, and families in crisis.

Through these combined efforts, thousands are encountering hope in Jesus—often right in the midst of war.

How It All Works

UkraineAid is built on local partnership and long-term presence.

1. Relief is prepared

Monthly convoys are loaded with food, stoves, and medical supplies in central warehouses, ready to be sent into frontline and liberated regions.

2. Local partners deliver

Local churches and chaplains distribute aid personally—visiting homes, shelters, hospitals, and military units to reach those most in need.

3. Hope is shared

Every delivery is an opportunity to listen, pray, and share Scripture, offering comfort and Gospel hope to those who are open.

4. We stay

Because our teams have served in Ukraine for decades, we can go where many others cannot—and remain long after the cameras leave.

Your Part in the Story

Every day, Ukrainians wake up to sirens, ruins, and uncertainty. Yet in the middle of that darkness, God is opening doors for life-saving help and the message of Christ.

Every gift to UkraineAid is more than a donation—it is a lifeline. It is a way of saying to a family under fire, “You are seen. You are not alone.”

Your support can:

Provide a wood-burning stove to a family facing winter without heat
Deliver a month of food to parents and children near the front
Equip chaplains, ambulances, and medics serving in the hardest-hit areas
Share the Gospel with people searching for answers in the darkest moments

Together, we can stand with Ukrainians who have endured nearly four years of war—bringing warmth instead of cold, food instead of hunger, and the hope of Christ into homes that feel forgotten.
